He was the tracker and when Zhar the mafia claimed tracker, effectively guiltying Besaid, he didn't defend at all. He just laid down and died, his only defence being his saying "Tracker, Zhar visited noone" before he hammered. He didn't even try and admitted after the game that he didn't care about it.
