Fwiw, as I commented earlier, my saying "I agree" was to the notion that it was likely reportable, which was what I got from what he said. Again, I should have probably just said that myself, but nowhere did I say I was going to vote based on you being scum or it being a reportable offense. Just because I agreed to his saying so doesn't mean that's what my lynch was based on.

Your actions as town forced me to have a scumtell on you. To me, that is gamethrowing/trolling, considering you did it deliberately. Reporting for a refund is another matter entirely. While I endorse someone else doing that, hence my quote of what he said, I would not decide a lynch on you being scum or it being report-worthy. If it were the case, I'd have reported you. Even so, me quoting someone else and saying "I agree" does not mean "I'm voting you, if you're not scum, this will be refunded."

If you meant to say something else, you should've said that something else instead of quoting "WE report him" and saying "thats trolling or gamethrowing"

Regardless, I should not be given a violation for quoting someone else's statements, as you can quote a number of things in the heat of the moment you don't fully agree with but want to make a point by quoting and taking sides with.

If I were to say in my own words what I quoted from plateepus, which admittedly I shouldn't have just passively agreed to, but I thought he was town for doing it so I quoted him, I would say something along the lines of: "We lynch TheeCake, because if he's town he's royally fucked us and forced a lynch - as what he's done is trolling/gamethrowing." Ergo, I have no intention of deciding the lynch based on either A) you're scum or B) I report for a refund. If it were the case, I'd have reported you. As you can see yourself and did notice yourself (but are ignoring it again and trying to slander me through reports), I had a legitimate scumread on you, and the rest of Day 1 makes that clear.

I agreed that someone should report you if you were town for doing that, but I never said "you are either mafia or reported for throwing", which is what you are chocking it up to be. If someone reported you for it and you were town, I was saying I affirm with plateepus that that is reasonable. The point remains that I did not say that, I merely quoted it in affirmation. What you did was incredibly anti-town and essentially compromised the game. Really, you should receive a trolling violation for doing it, too. Regardless, as I stated later in the day, you were too scummy to not lynch, but I myself would not report you. My quoting and saying "I agree" was to say that that reasoning wasn't wrong. Yet again you are trying to take something you know as false and skew it. If you do keep doing this, I will begin to compile a petition by people you have harassed through reporting and forward it to lucidrains in an email.
