d2 he responded when talked to as well. "enough" is subjective, and not specifically defined by the rules. why the Grey area should lay in his favor is that it worked, thus must be considered in game strategy, unless the townies remaining in the game were complete morons, which i don't believe. its not that he wasn't there, or being attentive - -- he just wasn't being addressed.

i can see why roughnightbro left this up to another mod. this doesn't technically fit insufficient participation, he talked 2/3 days. he was hella lurky, but it seems it was in his best interest judging by the result. i dont think this should be refunded because the WINNER is being reported (for something that would otherwise be perceived as counterproductive to a win) by the losers.... doesn't seem like people wanting a refund have real standing here.
