Goltemis claims that he was warned for this at the time, but that can't be true. Moderators don't have the authority to disregard something like this with a verbal warning, and Goltemis' four instances of OPI are twice the amount needed for a ban. I'll be messaging the other two users (ambi and voltron), asking them to file separate reports.
